Hello everyone!

We have officially finished our time in Armenia! We partnered with an orphanage in a village south of the capital of Armenia. We met so many people I consider my family. The staff took us in and made us feel like we were family. I miss them already very much! I cannot describe how much the gospel is booming in this country! I will share more photos on my Facebook as well! Please check that out as well.

Armenia was a hard, growing, and good month as well. Thank goodness God does not expect perfection! I plan to write a blog coming up soon about the topic of “Trust!” When things are so hard and don’t make sense, where is God? Is He still there? Does he hear you? Does He care? The short answer is obviously… YES! More on that coming up! Check it out sometime… SOON!

So.. GOD story for the month!!! We met a wonderful friend in Armenia from the orphanage. His name is ‘Arthur.’ There were some people from the states who came to the orphanage in Armenia last year. They met Arthur. They got to share about Jesus with him and got to know him. He is such a great friend and the crazy thing is he doesn’t know Jesus but it’s like he knows him. I know Jesus will show himself to him. We were talking to Arthur over dinner one night. We said maybe God had us come all the way over for you. Arthur then responds with: “The group that came last year prayed there would be another group to come and see me!” And sure enough we were that group. There were only 2 groups that have been to this orphanage from my organization. The one last year and us! This is literally mind blowing. God leads us to the other side of the world. Amazed that almost a year later that prayer was answered. Arthur told us that when we walked in it was like he knew we were the people they prayed would come. He said he could feel it. It was the best way he could explain it. People see God, The Holy Spirit in us! It’s so amazing! I miss him very much. Please pray that He will KNOW Jesus!

God gives a very beautiful gift of meeting people in each place I go. My life would be very different if I never went. We have a little over 1 month left!

We are back in Romania! We started our time overseas here. We are helping out with Ukrainian Refugees! I will update more about our time here sometime in the coming weeks!

“”This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another.”

??John? ?15:12-17? ?ESV??

PRAYER REQUESTS:

  1. Pray for the refugees we will be pouring into! There will be housing we will be assisting in. With some of them we will be helping find a future place to live life again. Helping them logistically wise. Being a shoulder to let them cry on. To just love and listen to them. Many do not know Jesus. I CAN’T imagine going through anything hard on my own without God. I can’t imagine that for them. Please join me in prayer that they would know the God that LOVES them! And GAVE HIS LIFE FOR THEM!

  2. Pray for God to give us energy. We NEED it!

  3. Pray for UNITY within our teams and others. That we would be able to love each other so DEEPLY!

  4. Pray for me. I desire to love each person I come across as close as I possibly can to the way Jesus does. That goes for my team, the Ukrainians and EVERYONE. Sometimes it’s hard. I know I CANNOT do anything apart from Jesus. I want people to know HIS LOVE through my life and I want God to be glorified through my life

  5. —“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” ??John? ?15:5? ?ESV??

One response to “Armenia Update! (About 1 month remaining)”

  1. Lee, I will be praying for energy for you and your squad. I will also remember Arthur before the Lord. Sounds like God has been working in him and he will know Him personally very soon. Yay! I am so excited that you all are working with the refugees. It is an answer to my prayers! Blessings Brother!
