Hello everyone!

I am at the end of my time here in Ukraine. I wanted to share an update here on my blog. I will post updates on Facebook too! It’s much easier to post pictures there.

I have been in Ukraine since the beginning of November. We have met so many people I will never forget. The Tuckers and The Browns are the ones we stayed with. I am so unbelievably thankful every single person God has placed before me. The reality is every person on this earth is a person that Jesus died for. Every single person is born sinful and is in need of a savior. I was born into sin and I was in need of a savior (Jesus). There is a scripture from Paul I want to share:

“Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.”

??1 Timothy? ?1:15? ?NIV??

Jesus died for every person on this earth. They don’t have the hope that I have. I desire for others to know the great love that has been shown to me by my Lord Jesus. My hope is that they see that love through me! It can be hard to love others in my life. It’s definitely not easy. I fall short all the time. I know I am not perfect at it. I know that each person I walk by every day is a person Jesus died for and that Jesus desires for his children to know him so deeply and personally in their lives. I know my God lives within me and I can’t truly love others apart from him. The amazing thing is that he can change our hearts!

Relationships are extremely important to me in my life. Goodbye’s are not always easy for me. We have been staying with a family from the states. The Tuckers. I am so unbelievably thankful that God has put them in my life. They are like family to me! We have been involved with a lot of youth related ministries here. One of them is called Royal Rangers. I would describe it as the Christian version of Boy/Girl Scouts. We have even had opportunities to go to a school in the area here and share a bit of why we have come to Ukraine! I’m so thankful we have had multiple opportunities to come to the school here and be a light to the students! That is not an opportunity I would have back in the states. I absolutely love working with youth so I have loved this time so very much!

I have had opportunities to share my testimony and to teach. I am so thankful for those opportunities. My hope and prayer is that the youth would know Jesus on a deep and intimate level as they go through their lives. That they would see Jesus is worth learning and desiring to lay down everything to follow. Not to keep this profound hope and gift that Jesus has given us to ourselves. But rather to love and serve others even when it doesn’t benefit us. It’s an unwordly love that only Jesus can change within us. A supernatural one that helps us see people as people that Jesus died for. To love others,  no matter what they have done. It can be really hard. And I know I can not truly love apart from Jesus. I desire to love others. Not only by saying it but by showing it. I desire for others to be seen and know they are loved.

We are on our way to the country of JORDAN! (Middle East)

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.”

??1 Thessalonians? ?5:16-24? ?ESV??

Prayer request:

  1. Pray for the people in Mukocheve, Ukraine. That God would continue to do a mighty work there in the hearts of the people. That they would KNOW Jesus. Deeper and deeper each day.

  1.  Pray for the people who are there like the Tucker family and the Brown family. Pray for direction for them. Pray for Revival in the hearts of the people there.

  1. Pray for those who may need to seek refuge that live near the border of Russia.

  2.  Pray for me and my squad. For direction, wisdom, and discernment on ways we can serve those around us in Jordan.

  3. Pray for me. I desire to be a light to my team and each person I come across.

  1. Love how passionate you are about seeing youth (and adults) come to know our Savior! So glad you enjoyed Ukraine so much!
