Hello everyone!

My time in Georgia has come to an end. Words can not describe the awe I have in each country we go to! God has given the gift of meeting many people in each place I go. I will treasure the relationships I have made with the people I have met all the days of my life! You can see God’s goodness in times of hardship. You can see His goodness in the testing and trials. You can see His goodness in the people He places in your life too. My life would be very different if I never met them! I have rotated teams for the last time. Their names are Joanne Hoffman (Our only Canadian that is overseas with our organization), Maddie Busey, Kaitlynn Little, Brett Haas, Reynaldo Martell.

In Georgia we partnered with a church in Batumi, Georgia. There are a lot of Ukrainian and Russian refugees that have fled their countries because of the Russian/Ukrainian war. Many Russians have fled their own country because of the war. We have gotten to meet many people. They have a young adults ministry. I absolutely loved it! God gave me the opportunity to teach and share the gospel in a young adults gathering. There were other ministries too. There is a homeless ministry. A time where you got to meet some amazing people. I got to share my testimony with some of them. I ran into one of the people in that ministry on the street the night before we left Batumi. He remembered how God saved my life and he said God touched him with my testimony. God touched this man through how he saved me! How beautiful is that! I got to see many lives touched during our time there. My life was touched too! We had an English club. It was an opportunity where we could share the English language with people we invited. Many people desire to learn English because it’s spoken worldwide. It was more conversational with some grammar too. We gave the option for people to stay and join a bible lesson right after the conversational English part of the evening. We had an English club every week. I met people I consider my family. It was so hard to leave everyone when we left Batumi. I will post pictures as well. I miss them very much!

We arrived in Yerevan, Armenia 2 days ago. About 70% of our time here will be helping the largest orphanage in Armenia. All of them have special needs. We had a tour yesterday and the staff genuinely cares so much for them. I know orphanages around the world can be like a prison. This orphanage genuinely has so much love for the people there. The ages of those staying at this orphanage are 7+. They have a different location in northern Armenia that has ages for 0-7. They have all kinds of doctors (Psychologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, nurses, educational teachers, etc.). They had a Good Friday celebration while we were touring the facilities there. This is where we will be assisting during our time here as well. Please keep us in Prayer!

If I come across your path when I get back to the United States I want to be able to share more in person! If I could only say what God is doing in the countries we have been to in full detail. He is so Good!!! overseas missions is hard but the most fulfilling and beautiful life I could have ever imagined. If you are reading this I hope to see you when I get back to the states this summer to share more in person! Love you all!

“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

Prayer requests:

  1. Pray for my team. Pray that God would continue to bring ways to mind that I can serve and love my team well! Unity!

  2. Pray for our time in Armenia. That people see Jesus in us! That God would lead people into our lives that we can pour into outside of our time in the orphanage.

  3. Continued prayer for the people in our previous countries. (Romania, Albania, Kosovo, Ukraine, Jordan, Turkey, Georgia).

  4. We are nearing the end of our time overseas. We come back to the United States in late June/early July.

  1. How like you Lee, to request prayer for God to lead you to people outside your assigned ministry to pour into. Yes! Even when you are tired and nearing the end of your journey, you still want to share His word with even more people! I praise God for you, brother!

  2. Lee
We have been concerned for you. Grateful you are in a place where you are really needed because so many are hurting. Praying that the Holy Spirit protects you and you come home safely to us.
